when it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! If you don't feel good, you won't stick with it. My plans are designed specifically for you. That means you eat food that you actually enjoy and get fitness plans that are customized for what you love. Fitness saved my life (corny but 100% true). For me, it wasn't about "getting in shape" or having a certain body composition. It was my escape. It got me out of my head when I was stuck in the darkness. I believe that fitness has the power to change your entire life if you let it.
